I've just logged on to Energynote & it couldn't have been any worse if it had snowed today in North Lincs.Zero generation for a whole week isn't impossible and has happened here when panels covered in snow. Hopefully we shouldn't get that just yet.

Snow today would probably mean you'd have generated a little before it started then nothing afterwards. Very grey and overcast all day so 0.46 O recorded today, plus an 11 minute power cut which the battery handled nicely. There is a transient dip as the gateway switches from grid to battery but the computers stayed up. The AV amplifier and plasma TV didn't, both went into standby and I had to turn them back on.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230
