Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

Excuse Oscargrouch - he can be a bit grumpy.

An O is the measure of kWh produced divided by your array size in Kw. (KWh/kWp). So take your days output, divide it by your array size and post it on here. As an example mine today was 3.55 kWh divided by 7.8 kWp which gives 0.45 Os.

O is also shorthand for Oscar who I believe first started using the calculation on this thread.

A reasonable day with much Sun.

    2.19 O's

    Passed November totals for 2014 & 2015.

Still need another 3 O's to make month estimate but will pass 4 MW's for the year if I make estimate.

Nahh, the 'Sun shines on the Righteous'...:rotfl::rotfl:

..... and the unrighteous, in equal measure." Meaning it doesn't judge us ..... otherwise I wouldn't have even gotten the piddling 0.4 O's yesterday. :D

Another grey day here. The west panels came on at 8.47 and have been generating between 37 and 42 watts. The east side came on at 9.12 and making between 32 and 41watts. So we should have generated about 30 wh on the west side and 20 wh on the east side by now, total 50 wh or 0.05kwh but the TGM hasn’t even twitched.

Same things happens in last half hour of the day.

    Is this normal?

Edit: finally registered the first 10 watts at 9.44.
Edit2: a further 10 wh recorded at 10.05 when the panels have been putting out a consistent 69 watts combined which would have equated to 23 wh over that period.
Edit 3: next 10 watts appeared at 10.26 after hitting a peak of 81w and then settling back down to the murk.
Edit 4: one hour later we have added 90wh even though the inverter outputs haven’t exceeded 85 w combined.

Think yourself lucky. No production here! Just been out to see if I have a fault and no. Inverter working just the panels are not producing.

It looks as if its getting darker as well!
