Great month, and best ever May, but just fell short of the magic 700 with a lovely 693.6kWh's or 124.3 Os, and 110% of target.
Imported 86kWhs
Consumed 219kWhs
Exported 560kWhs.
Prediction for 2018 now at 99% of PVGIS.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Only a handful of posters have reported their May figures so far and some of them don't include location, panel alignment etc. However, the results quoted in kWh/kWp seem to range from 124 to 159 which I don't regard as 'consistent' !
By coincidence, you can buy a litre of petrol for as little as 124p in some parts of the country if you look hard enough whereas 159p is not unusual at a motorway service area. Would you describe those petrol prices as being "a realistic comparison" ?NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -
Not a great day yesterday, but it did brighten up a little by the afternoon.
May's numbers are in:
613.96 kWh... Or 153.49 O's... 129.5% of PVGIS
Very nice indeed...
2018 is now at 103.3% of PVGIS...
At this point in the previous years...
2015: 121.6%
2016: 114.6%
2017: 103.5%
Fingers crossed the rest of year improves...4 Kwp System, South Facing, 35 Degree Pitch, 16 x 250W Solarworld Panels, SMA Sunnyboy 3600 Inverter, Installed 02/09/14 in Sunny South Bedford - £5600

+/- 12% of 141.5 O's. Not bad at all. Even better considering my E/W system is at the bottom, and generates approx 10% less than south facing in May.Mart. I am at about 12% above expectations - 630kWh compared to expected of 563kWh. Would have been much better but for the poor final week in the south and west of the country. Still the best May ever though and making up for some of the poor weather in March and April.
Also achieved my lowest May import at just 91kWh,even though household use up a little from 2017 (but still lower than other years).0 -

32 Os, 28% above pvgis, best month ever by 12 Os, still 6Os down for 2018....I think....0
