    Weird weather!
Afraid it's pretty normal for time of year. Apparently, a 'white easter' happens far more often than a 'white xmas' ! And of course this year's easter is earlier than usual.

As ever, weather forecasters managed to supply very misleading forecasts. Yesterday was supposed to be mainly sunny but we only saw brief sunny intervals (totalling 4kWh). Today was supposed to be rainy with chance of snow on high ground; we're not on high ground but woke up to see an inch of snow on ground and still snowing. That turned to rain eventually and has now stopped but snow on panels has yet to thaw so generating nothing.

    Hi

That's ever so high .. I was talking to someone from that area over the weekend and they've just about achieved 250kWh with a 4kWp south facing system which is around 30% down on a target of ~350kWh, so a 4.2kWh would more likely be around 263kWh, not 363 ...

Around here we're well behind target too, we hit just over 60%, but I was told that it's been pretty miserable over there too as we were talking about how poor it's been for a while (as you do!) .... are you sure that the reading is correct?

Z - Hmmm I ran back through the numbers and you are correct - March production was a less than impressive 325 V target of 388. 84%.

I have been just jotting the numbers down on a rather embarrassing collection of bits of paper since install - stapled together mind LOL with even Post-its stuck on - sadly this saw me lose Febs numbers so I popped in what I thought they were in the new and back dated Excel spreadsheet.

Wrong. Happily I recalled I had posted them on here and corrected the stats from looking at my post history.

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).
