Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).0 -

Hi All
18 days into December & we've just had our first day above 1kWh/kWp (1.14) for the month ... currently hitting ~48% of the daily target - 5 days without any generation in addition to the other poor days leaves the optimism tank more than a little light!
The pile of snow from the panels finished melting away today, so I've spent half of the afternoon daylight hours (there's not many!) up a ladder sorting the guttering out. The weight of the snow overhang actually bent the plastic brackets out of shape and the guttering was twisted to 45degrees & jammed against the roof tiles ... took ages (& plenty of water running up a sleeve) to get it to clip back under the tiles then a while longer with a heat-gun to re-shape the brackets, but all looks well now ..,
Panels look really clean, guessed they would seeing the dirt which was in the pile of snow which slid off, but two thing have had to go onto my 'to do later' list .. scrubbing the rounded aluminium profile at the bottom edge of the mounting frame as it's a little green - and I noticed that a couple of cable ties have failed leaving cables & connectors lying on the tiles, so I'll have a think about how to lift them without removing the panels ...
