    2 years old yesterday.

    Year 1 production = 4058 kWh

    Year 2 production = 4033 kWh

    MCS Certificate gives 3309 kWh

Have been using PVGIS Estimate of 3850 kWh

From start of June will be using Estimate of 3560 kWh

This adjustment takes into account that my system is 10 degrees off due South and for the shading which comes from my neighbours whose house starts to block out the Sun when it moves around to about 230 Degrees. So this efects me for about 8 months of the year.

The house is owned and occupied by the Salvation Army and I have asked them to speak to the man upstairs to see if he can raise my house or lower theirs but no luck yet!

Best Panel over the 2 years 581.26 kWh
Worst Panel over the 2 years 506.09 kWh

So glad that I got a SolarEdge system with micro optimizers.

    Well spotted Martyn
