Sell it to your neighbour at 8p per kWh..:rotfl:

Talking of neighbours we pass an extension lead over to our next door neighbour when we have excess leccy in the summer so they can mow their lawn, charge their mobile phones up and use their 800w microwave. They know they can not use it for heavy consumption items in case we end up helping them out and then have to pay for imported leccy ourselves. Works very well between us. We still export over half of what we generate though.

Our figure for yesterday was 4.56 O's and we imported 0.95kw. Love it when it is under 1kWh :j

2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.
Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax: B)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).
