Has anyone else got their Inverter wired via the RCD in the consumer unit?coffee.gif
My original install uses the RCD in the main consumer unit, never had any issues though O, did you have a power outage that might have tripped it?

    Hi all

Fantastic day for renewal energy. First post this year.

Was at home so saw it happen

My first perfect bell curve since my system was install last July. I've come close plenty of times but never perfect.

    27.17kWh today. 6.8 O's.

35 miles went into the Tesla and 9kWh went into the hot water plus all my daily electrical requirements were taken care of whilst i worked at home.

    Fantastic result.

My system is using a 32A RCD. Was 16A for the first system but it started tripping with the larger capacity. once they changed it all has been fine.

Only just over a combined Hawaii for me today, still.....33kWh, that's about £14 in old moneysmiley-dance011.gif

Great day, got my first Hawaii, but still trailing behind you, with 28.4kWh, 5.1 Os and 'only' ~£11.

Worked out my WNW should repay after 16 years, back to plan B, and combine the systems and tariffs!

Now predicting 102% for April, fingers crossed.

    Mart.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 28kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

295.9 so far :D but against 450 target! Your target is V low but I think we have discussed this before.

Is your target of 288 correct or did you mean 388. Our 3.36kWp system has a target of 368. So your target figure appears really low. Might of been a typo.

  • Hi All,

New poster, although have had the Panels since end of Oct 2015.
    6.03 O's yesterday.
I do not seem to be going over 3.2k for my 3.99KWp SW facing system.
Does that sound correct for a SW facing system of this size?

    Thanks
