Nice day in South Wales, not exactly a great summer's day, but better than rain. 16 East + 9 West.

According to the forecast the next 9 days look quite nice, not brilliant, but mostly sun with a little rain, rather than the last 3 months, mostly rain with a little sun.

August looks like closing almost on average, but only because the West system has been doing the heavy lifting, whilst the East enjoyed a nice morning wash.

    Mart.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.

Better today 8.4 kWh; this month, if, I manage 10kWh the morrow, I will have achieved 18% over PVGIS for August. :j:dance: Just hope that as it's a Full Moon tonight it gets far enough around to shed some light; desperate days !

    System: M1 3.58kWp ESE

    Total generation: 311kWh

    Generation per kWp: 86.87kWh

    System: M2 2.0kWp WNW

    Total generation: 179.9kWh

    Generation per kWp: 89.95 kWh

The WNW system beat the ESE system. In fact the ESE closed on 92.3% of target, and the WNW on 108.4%. The afternoons have been consistently better than the mornings this month, quite odd.

    Made 15.44kWh today:rotfl:
Up to Aug total Generation was 2540kWh(SB)
    With this months it's.............2924kWh(gen meter)
I know that makes 384 kWh but, I took last months reading from my Sunny Beam, and it was telling me fibs!(see earlier post)
    I re-calibrated on Aug 8th and took 25kWh off my(Aug) total.
Which means I could have made 409kWh??
