Yet again, weather forecast for today was effectively suggesting I might as well switch the panels off. But, (surprise surprise !) we had a number of bright spells during the day (one peak of 3.6kW) along with a steady glare behind clouds and generated 13.6kWh (or just above the pvgis prediction for a typical August day) so far (still churning out 60W so could creep up a little yet).

Another spectacularly useless weather forecast : "thick cloud all day, frequent showers!"

In fact, a dull start but frequent sunny periods during morning and afternoon predominantly sunny. No rain at all. Several peaks above 3kW; total generation for day was 17.93 kWh

No idea where today came from, but after 17 East and 9 West, I'm happy for it to make as many surprise visits as it wants. I may even leave the front door ajar and put out an extra welcome mat!

    Mart.

Make sure you get a bright white carpet in the hall to reflect some brightness back to bounce back. :rotfl:
