Hi
I'm desperately trying to find out the name of the solicitors who worked with APS mortgages. I have been mis-sold PPI on my mortgage and can't continue with my claim until i know the name of the solicitors involved. PLEASE can anyone help me??
Thanks

Solicitors dont sell financial products, why do you need to know them?

for me to continue my claim with the FSCS they need to know the name of the solicitor involved with my mortgage. I still have the paperwork for the PPI but no details of the solicitor. I'm hoping somone here may be able to help.

If it was APS in Swindon, they generally used a company called Goldsmith Williams in Liverpool.
Why do you feel you have been mis-sold the PPI?0
