Court date & cancel dd

Hi all
Well I rang the courts and I have my date for 2 wks time. Really nervous!
I've canceled a dd for my loan to raise the last bit of the fee, I'm getting phone calls and had a letter today, ive never missed a payment before and it's a bit scary! Has anyone else done this before BR? Do I just ignore there calls and wait for my BR in 2 wks or answer and offer a little payment?
Thanks in advance

Probably most of us so dont worry
You've got your date now, so no, dont make any more payments and just ignore the calls. It'll all be over soon

Thanks for your replies! Feel much betta now

Also, while I'm asking questions, does anyone know what will happen to my sofa from dfs? I've been paying it for over a year got it over 4 yrs. I can't find the contract so dont know what it says about BR. Will they come and take it? Can I keep paying for it? Or will I get to keep it and the debt go into BR? Sorry for the add on question lol0 -

It obviously does depend upon the contract but my experience of DFS is that the credit agreement is a personal loan and IF that is the case then the credit agreement will go in to your BR and the sofa would remain yours.
Why not ask them for a copy?

Thanks DD, I rang them and they said to send a cheque for £1 and they would send me a copy but will take about a week, so I thought I would just wait to see what happens, as my BR date is only 2 wks away.
Thanks again for your reply.0
