cant redeem nectar into adams vouchers?

Help me someone! I have only just got my points from christmas spending and i cant seem to redeem my points into adams vouchers. i can only find out on the nectar site how to collect points at adams, not how to get the adams vouchers

on the nectar site it says local places you can redeem your nectar points and my local adams comes up on the list does this not mean that you can redeem them directly off the card instore rather with a voucher? has anyone tried to redeem directly off card? maybe its worth a try!
