Advice required please.
The situation is this.
I have sold my property and the date of completion is going to be before I complete on my new property.
My "friendly" solicitor said the equity i have nearly £100k, which will be used for my new purchase, could sit with them until I complete on the new house.
What a chancer !
I've trawled around a few bank sites but nothing looks short term with any decent interest. This will be for a max 8 weeks.
Any ideas ?
