Abbey have agreed a mortgage subject to valuation but I'm unable to go ahead at this time due to my useless, rotten lying buyer (bitter? me?).
If I reapplied in a few months time, I will be on maternity leave (very little difference in pay to my part time wage) and will have 1 extra dependent. How much difference will this make?
I am worried having to do the mortgage after the baby arrives will lead to Abbey saying no.
If my buyer's mucking about has cost me any chance of getting to move ever now I will be even more :mad: than I already am

Its quite possible Abbey will reduce the borrowing dye to the extra dependent.

I haven't asked them yet, as I'm told the offer is valid for 3 months, so I'm hoping and praying to find another buyer in that time.
I may run it by them though, wasn't sure if it was more sensible to keep quiet about it until/if it becomes an issue.
I won't have any childcare costs as am lucky to have grandparents do that for me, but I can certainly see why they'd still count it against me.0
