How do I ease my nerves? Trial shift!

Hiii guys :j

Well, I have a job interview and trial shift combo type thing tomorrow for the clothing store JOY. I've not had a job since before christmas so I would so so like to get this. The problem is I am extremely nervous and when I'm nervous I blurt out the wrong things or drop things or muddle my words up.

How on earth can I ease my nerves? I am trying to put it out of my head and not even think about it until tomorrow but I already have a horrible nervous feeling in my stomach

Just a quickie answer - but you could try Rescue Remedy - before your shift and only in a break, not obviously in front of anyone. It comes in a dropper or a spray so quite easy to take a quick dose in private.
It works for me - or it may all be in the mind.
Otherwise, make sure that you are well prepared and preseneted and try to breathe calmy - i.e. don't hold your breath and the suddenly take great big gulps or let out huge "sighs" and take a little teeny pause before speaking out or answering a question.
    Good luck.
