finally went court ,,,and after 3hrs they called us and hand us ona set of stamped forms and said u maygo home now.after months of strugelling with creditores phone/letteres finallly im a free man,i tried to redeuse my steress tablets to just 3 today and had easy sleep any way i would like to say thank you,thank you to those how helped and adviced us on this forum,day/night every one,overy one ,,i have some Q. i will put them thruogh later.

i went Br.today,OR hasn't contact me yet,but for last 2 hrs i had 2/3 telephone call from debt colectors/creditors .

#shall i give them my case number and say im Br. or ect.im not sure.

#on the Br. order saying if you have car don't use it till OR contact you,what shall i do in case he forgot to contact me?

Yup give the callers your BR number and you can now stop worry about them

I havent been advised by my OR whats happening with my car yet and I went BR over 2 weeks ago, so I'm using it until/if I get told otherwise.

Mine doesn't. You got me wondering so just checked it through, simply details court, judge, date, my details and thats all, nothing more.

When your OR calls, hopefully tomorrow, you can query it with them. Does your car have a particularly high value perhaps?

no,my car value is only £300,old for ,and i use it to take children to nursery,take my wife to college,do shopping and bacuase i have backache i really can't trust public transport for myself,so i really don't know if OR let it go? thanks

How strange then! Cant see them being interesting in it if only £300 though.

Just use it for now, then see what the OR says when you talk to them.

BR orders used to say that you had to "attend upon the OR" at their offices immediately as well, and no-body ever paid any attention or really wanted you to do that either.
