Here's my situation.
Me and my fiancee are currently living in my parents house.
We have a joint income of around £28000.
We currently have no debt and can have around £10000 by October for a deposit/expenses/furniture.
The thing is we have seen a house we like and don't know whether we can wait. My question is on our income, what are the chances of getting a 100% mortgage of around £130,000 on our income?
We know we can get this with advantage on their new flexishare scheme but that requires a 5% deposit and we really can't wait.
Any advice appreciated.

it will depend on credit score but Northern Rock, Royal Bank of Scotland and First National might look at this - just be sure you are happy with the repaymentsI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser code of conduct.
