We need Martins help on this one. HUKD has more people trying to get their refunds and shouting louder than on here http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/m-s-gift-vouchers-half-price-5-for-a-10-voucher-happli-co-uk-alternative-locations-1169035?page=16#post14172958
My reply from Happli when I asked for a refund as I had not received anything was NO as they have posted voucher. This is a total scam.0 -
Nothing for me either.. and yet they're continuing to email me about new daily deals >:(
EDIT: Have just seen on Hot Deals that they say to email them if you don't receive your voucher by Tuesday Look at post #288 http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/m-s-gift-vouchers-half-price-5-for-a-10-voucher-happli-co-uk-alternative-locations-1169035?page=15

Have requested a refund0 -
Postie has been and guess what..no voucher. I have emailed them, what a fiasco!August: £149/£150
Sept: £200

I have just spoken to Jenny Edwards at Happli and I was told that she was collating information from customers and then were going to send out new vouchers again which i was not happy with.
I mentioned that Watchdog are running a story on such websites (living social, groupon etc) this Thursday and that i have already spoken to them regarding a purchase with living social (that they are featuring on the show) and that i would have no problem informing them about my no-show purchase through Happli.
Seems to have done the trick and she is going to ring me back by 5pm to confirm that a refund has been processed. Time will tell.
If you cant get through on the 0151 number then try Trinity Mirror on 0207 293 3000 and ask for Happli.
Good luck!0 -
I also spoke with Jenny on the 0151 number earlier today and she assured me she will call me personally by 5.30pm today with an explanation.
Think it may be worth a call to M&S if she doesn't call back to let them know their name is linked to this fiasco. Might make other companies wary of dealing with them.0 -
Well, she did promised to call me but did she? No!!! she did sent me an email though :-
We are really sorry that a small minority of happli customers have
still not received their Marks & Spencer vouchers. We used a
specialist voucher company, Love2Reward, to despatch the vouchers and
we were informed before Easter that all the vouchers had been sent
out. Following further investigation, we have been informed today by
Love2Reward that some vouchers had still not been despatched but they
assure us they have gone out today first class.
We very much regret the inconvenience this has caused some customers
but we would like to stress that this offer is 100% genuine, we have
simply been let down by our fulfilment partner, and we are doing
everything we can to ensure that outstanding vouchers are received
this week.
Please see the following statement from Love2Reward: "We are
Love2Reward, the fulfilment house for Happli (Trinity Mirror). We have
experienced some technical issues when despatching certain vouchers.
Please be assured that they have now been resolved and we are working
hard to ensure you receive your vouchers by the end of this week. We
apologise for the delay.”
Once again please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment
you have been caused by the delay. If you wish to discuss your
specific order, you can reach our customers services on
