Epilator Reccomendation?

Hi Girls (and maybe guys :rotfl:)
I'm looking for a recommendation for a decent epilator. I currently use a Braun Silk Epil 7 which functions very well indeed for me in all but 2 respects - the battery life is next to useless and its NOISY!!
Can anyone recommend a good mains powered, quiet epilator?

Mine is ok but still pretty noisy. Have you tried looking at reviews on amaz0n etc to see what buyers have said?0

I'm a long time user of an epilator. I got a new one the other day that I'm quite pleased with. My old one was over heating!
I got a Braun silk epil 'exelle' Got it in TK Max. It was £50. Not too bad I thought. It has clip on covers that make the plucking bit smaller, so good for upper lip and under arm.
It also has a shaver head, which I thought I wouldn't use but it is good. I've used it on my bikini line when I can't face epilating that bit!!!!
But the best function is it's little light. I thought this was a gimmick, but it is useful for showing hairs I could't see in the mirror.0
