Usually 100% mortgages are for those with a good credit record so I am quite surprised that you found a lender willing to lend you with a CCJ.
100% mortgages are expensive (higher rates and high fees). You expect the lender to carry all of the risk without putting any of your own money in. So you have to pay for the priviledge.0
