superdrug 10p items thread

I just got back from Lakeside and Superdrug on the ground floor were selling brollies for 10p each. They were at the tills and the staff were asking people if they wanted them when they made a purchase. The lady said it was because they were no longer stocking them so were selling them off.
So they may be doing this at other stores. Worth a look.

I also got the scarlet and crimson mattifying papers and they had tattoo sheets for 10p but I wouldn't use those. Space for false lashes.

I found some 10p items - I'm sooooo pleased with myself

Nothing on Finchley Road - tell a lie, I think they may have tubes of children's strawberry toothpaste!

High Street Kensington - I saw a few things dotted about and picked up a few things. Broadway nails, Kiss nails, Nailene nails, Nail glue, little girly hair clips (packs of 6), hair clasp thing (.49p). There were loads of all of these on the shelves! And there was a little 10p basket with nails in just beneath the nails on shelves! I don't recall seeing anything else.

Covent Garden (? can't remember where exactly I was) - They had some cosmopolitan nails and false eyelashes hanging up.

Nothing on the shelves in my local store at all but there was one bargain bin with a few bits in it so got a Vagazzle for my daughter , some tea tree nose pore strips & some Pretty Polly bronze legs balm all for 10p each

Nothing left at 10p for me, but got some Loreal Skin Genesis serum for 99p which I was very happy with.

Hi everyone,
thought i would give you a top tip! (i work for Superdrug and know the inside bargains!!)
Every Wednesday we have price increases and decreases, (this is for EVERY Superdrug store) so we know whats going cheap the day before!-not all the items you find in your local store are available in every single store-it's whether they are ranged for the stock. (we are classed as a small local store so don't have as much range as our larger stores)
I know that tomorrow, in our store we have some palmolive shower gels 500ml going to 10p and 49p, imperial leather 4 pack soap 49p, belle colour hairdyes £2 each, superdrugs bubble bath (1litre) 10p and 49p (only old packaging-stress less and indulge)
Hope this helps but remember to always check out Superdrug stores on a Wednesday, also these bargain prices aren't guaranteed every week-it's just stock that is discontinued that we have to sell through.
Don't forget there's 5% off all 1st class stamps too, until 10th April!! -you can use them after the price increase too!! :O)

Just popped into my local superdrug. Best bargains were:
'Simply wax' pre-wax cleansing gel and after wax oil (2x100ml) - 10p
'Curl expertise' heat protect curl creator spray - 49p
'Nivea' free time shower cream - 49p
'Samy' Fiber network shampoo - 99p

Quite pleased! Good luck to everyone else looking for 10p items - there were quite a few empty spots saying 10p (eyelashes, hair accessories) and some 10p items that were in stock but just not very appealing (temporary tattoos for example!). But there are definitely bargains out there moneysavers!
