Mortgage on p/t wage ???? Where can I get one stressed mum

Hi I am single mom work part time wanting to get the ex of the mortgage. Can any one advise options for me. I only earn 9k a year plus working tax credit and child maintenace of 400. Per month puts me at around 19k per year. Am struggling to find a way to get his name of the mortgage.

    The first step is normally to approach your existing lender to see if they will accept a sole mortgage in your name alone.

    You've told us nothing about how much is outstanding and the value of the property. With this information, we may be able to indicate the likelihood of you being able to remortgage elsewhere.

    Payments up to date? Any credit problems?

    Some do. The maintenance normally has to be court-order enforced.

    How much is the mortgage amount?

    :o Wonder if they will accept it if its taken out of wages direct by CSA..... I have mine provided by the CSA on an order through them. x

    I normally use Halifax criteria as my start point. If they'll do it, I know I've got at least one lender available and can start to look for others.

    Halifax says;-
    Maintenance accepted as "secondary" income with 60% allowed. Evidence required, shown in order of preference;-

    3 months full bank statements OR
    Court Order OR
    Maintenance assessment OR
    Letter from Child Support Agency.
