I wouldn't touch they with a barge pole.
  • see this is what worries me

Have heard mixed reports about them and now wondering if i should have had the hassle of taking it to a dealer and getting them to fix it and passing bill to insurance company.

Most of the dealers just contract the work out to a repairer like Wrights and take a fee for doing so

Only had one experience of them - not good. Bodywork was ok but they were pretty hopeless at the mechanical side, back a few times before the car was right, issues with brakes and suspension.

I to had a good experience with them. Bodywork was excellent, didn't have any mechanical work done so can't comment on that.

I got a repair done by them and it was an excellent job - would definitely recommend! Like another poster said they have the contract for the majority of work in NI so there's a good chance the insurance co would send it to them anyhow.
  • Unfortunately (due to bumps) had to go there a couple of times but they were brilliant, cant recommend highly enough...great service..
