According to people who work in the banks on the other board (can't remember which) this won't happen for sometime. Surely all the banks have to do is charge those of us who, very often through no deliberate fault(!), go overdrawn is charge a reasonable amount, the £4.50 it actually costs for instance!! Even somebody who doesn't go overdrawn can appreciate that £35 is excessive!!
