Help advice needed please

Hi all
Myself and my girlfriend were meant to move into a house together this week however she left me and I am due to pick up the keys tomorrow to the house
She has not put any money into the house, I put in all of the 15% deposit and I also had a deed of trust drawn up to say that if we would ever split up I would take my deposit out before splitting the rest.
Because I could not afford to get a mortgage on my own we had to apply for one together. I can't get her taken off the mortgage because I don't know if the banks will want their money back although the exchange has already taken place.
She said she is happy to sign something to say the house is all mine but i don't know how to go about it because I need her on the mortgage (correct me if I'm wrong). Can i get something drawn up with my solicator?
Any advice will be greatly appreachiated

As you have exchangex contracts potentially this could become awkward for you.
