If the bra's you have are comfortable, why do you want to change?

Just so bored of wearing the same style bra day in, day out, plus the 'leaf' pattern of the tango 2 shows through a lot of clothes. I didn't get on with the tango plunge, so all the ones I have are balconnet too which makes wearing lower cut tops difficult. I put a tango 2 back on this afternoon after wearing freya.....paracetamol didn't do anything for the pain in my back but as soon as I had the tango 2 on it eased...I wish panache would make a bra with the structure of the tango 2 but with a different design, would stop it getting so boring!:)

Not at all money saving I know but Empreinte are the best bra's I have ever worn. Not only incredibly comfortable/supportive and giving a great shape but they are so pretty and feminine in design & fabric.

Thanks for the advice, never heard of them before but googling it now! Def wouldn't mind paying a bit extra for a decent bra that's also pretty/feminine. I'm only in my twenties so having to rely on huge wires/scaffolding is horrible :( thanks again :)

Also, a little off topic but has anyone tried anything that reduces the size of the bust? I don't mean minimisers, as in my experience they do nothing for your shape, but any kind of bra you can wear at night/lotion or potion/pill etc? I don't want surgery as I'm a total wimp :P. Even when I've lost weight my bust size doesn't seem to be affected...I was a FF by my early teens and they seem to go up even if my weight stays the same/goes down. I never really had a problem with back pain up until GG, when I got to H it has started to affect me, so I am getting really worried as if it continues I think it will cause serious health problems. I've been to my GP, and he suggested I wear a sports bra every day, but that doesn't really help either.
Failing that, anyone know of any exercises that will help?
Thanks in advance for any replies x

No advice here, as Id like to know too, I was happy as a 30DD but have now grown to a 30F (not E as I said before! :o).

I was pretty stable until I started taking these supplements with borage oil in them, Im sure thats when my boobs started growing - Ive stopped taking them now and hopefully theyll stay at F!

So if you are taking borage oil, stop! Apart from that would love to hear any other advice!
We got rid of the kids. The cat was allergic. ;)

I'm a similar sort of size to you, I recommend Curvy Kates (Princess and Emily are pretty good), also Panache/Cleo Lucy isn't bad either and might suit you if you find Panache bras in general comfy. Freya Arabella seems to have a very loose band in comparison - I find a lot of Freyas do, but this one in particular - but obviously if you're already in a 28 then you can't size down!

As for stopping boobs growing I feel your pain :o mine never shrink even when I lose weight, over the years I've had to wear a tighter band size and so the cup size has increased. I've resigned myself to them now really, I think so long as you wear a decent-fitting bra then they shouldn't cause too many problems. Obviously it depends on your general body size too, I imagine a short and skinny person would probably suffer more than the likes of me (average-ish height and shape).

Also muscle building exercises and ones that help to strengthen your back would probably help. I know I used to have awful posture and pretty poor upper body muscle tone and my back used to hurt more frequently.
