Leeds AIP?

Hello,
We applied for a Mortgage 80% LTV with the Leeds last week. The AIP was refred and came back as approved. We have now submitted all the required documents which say exactly the same as the info given in the AIP. Has anyone had an experience of Leeds rejecting after issuing an AIP? I feel like something is going to go wrong. Do they credit check during the AIP or after? We have paid the full booking fee and valuation but they still haven't sent out for a valuation.
