Management Training recommendations

Hi I was wondering if anyone had any experience of good management training they could recommend?
I went for a management role within my organisation and unfortunately didn't get it (it was a fair decision-the person who did was more experienced) but in my feedback my director offered me some management training but wants me to find it.

Any ideas? I work within the charities/voluntary sector and work with vulnerable people but it can be generic.

    have you managed people before?
  • Contact your local FE College and ask about CMI (Chartered Management Institute) courses. They may even be able to get some funding for you, it will be more flexible, reliable and likely cheaper than a private provider.
