To enter, please complete the entry form at http://www.facebook.com/eljimadorUK and upload your coolest photograph. No responsibility is accepted for any entry which is not delivered, or is delayed or damaged due to technical reasons. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
Entries will be moderated by the Promoter before being posted to the Gallery. Please make sure that your photos do not:
feature anyone who is (or who appears to be) under the age of 25.
feature anyone who is drunk or generally appear to be too wild.
show anyone drinking from the bottle or generally handling our fine tequila in an irresponsible way.
show any type of illegal or anti-social behaviour
feature anyone who is driving, operating any type of machinery, or engaging in other type of activity that requires concentration to avoid injury
feature copyrighted logos, products or characters other than el Jimador
contain offensive gestures; or could be seen as offensive on the basis of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, or culture.


The Promoter reserves the right to adjust this policy as needed and to reject photos for reasons not stated above. Users consent to the use by el Jimador of uploaded images in all media globally in connection with the competition.
The competition consists of 5 monthly prize giveaways, with each ending on the last Friday of each month, with the next beginning the following Monday. The available prizes for each month will be as announced on http://www.facebook.com/eljimadorUK. All entries for the monthly prizes must be received by 12pm on the last Friday of each month, with the entire competition finishing on 12pm 27th April ("Closing Time"). Any entries received after the Closing Time will not be valid.
The prize winner(s) will be chosen by the Promoter’s appointed judges. Monthly winners will be notified by email by 4pm on the final Friday of each month. The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within 3 weeks of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant. Please allow 14 days for the delivery of the prizes from date of notification of the winner. The winner is required to verify identity and age before receiving prize.
If any of the original winners cannot be contacted following reasonable efforts, or the Promoter is not able to verify their age, an alternative winner will be selected. Winner’s details will be available for up to one month after this date by sending an email to eljimador@eulogy.co.uk.
The Promoter shall hold the data submitted along with each entry for the purposes of administering this competition.
Winner and guests will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the prize. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. There will be no cash or other alternative to the prizes offered and the prize is not transferable. However, should the advertised prize become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
The names of the winners can be obtained for up to one month after the Notification Date, by sending an email to eljimador@eulogy.co.uk specifying the name of the competition.
If any of the original winners cannot be contacted following reasonable efforts, or el Jimador is not able to verify their age, an alternative winner will be selected. The winner’s details will be available for up to one month after the end date by sending an email to eljimador@eulogy.co.uk.
In all matters regarding this competition, the decision of el Jimador will be final and binding. By entering this competition, the entrant hereby agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. This competition (including these terms and conditions) and any matters arising as result thereof is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
