Rota change.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to read this.

I currently work 4 days on 2 days off, 4 days start 20:30 till 04:30 then 2 off then 4 lates 23:00 till 0700.

Work now want me to start at 19:00 till 03:00 then 2 off then lates 01:00am till 09:00am.

I want to know due to the massive difference in times, is this legal beacuase nights are hard enough but now my body will struggle to cope.

All your information would be really appricated.

    These changes would not be seen as so significant as to represent a fundamental change to your contract, so you would either have to accept the changes or look for another job.

    That's assuming, of course, that you/your union is not able to negotiate on the proposals and find a compromise.
