Does her employer support the gaining of professional qualifications?
Could she go to night school to get a qualification that increases her income potential?
Could she identify what she needs to do to get promoted?
Well if she'd bought in early 2008 she'd have lost 10% to 20% of her property value. So she's stood still while those who bought have slid back.she thinks she is just not getting anywhere having to rent0
