The Estate Agent we have sold our house with has a mortgage broker (who’s dosen’t these days!)
http://www.ferristolley.co.uk/mortgages.html
Been to see them and they are...
Whole of the Market and NO Fees (for vendors with the Estate Agent)
The broker makes his money on the commission from lender.
Is this pretty fair ?
Mortgage will be for £90,000

I think this is as fair as it gets, we always reccomend you use a broker who is whole of market and fees free.I am a Mortgage Adviser
