Will lender withdraw mortgage offer ?

Hi
About 6 weeks ago I had an offer accepted on a house. I then applied for a mortgage which was offered after a valuation of the propertey had taken place.
I instructed my solicitor to commence the searches. The drainage search resulted in an extension to the house being buit over a public sewer and no build over agreement taken out.
My solicitor has informed me that the vendor is prepared to pay for an indemnity insurance policy and have informed the lender about the situation.
Will this make the bank think twice and withdraw the offer to loan ?
Thanks in advance

Your solicitor is the best person to ask this question of, however I think it is incredibly unlikely they will pull the offer based upon what detail you have provided...

Thanks for your reply Dave. I hope you're right. The policy covers myself and the lender according to my solicitor - so hopefully everything should be ok.:D0
