Anyone know about company called "Money Return"

My first post so bare with me if I do it wrong! Tonight I had a cold call from a company called Money Return based in I think Sunderland, they asked me about my pensions, if maybe I was being overcharged for a Safeway pension I had 15 years ago, when I left the company, they said they would review it & send me details with a view to transfering it to a better provider. Any details about this company would be well received!

Safeway certainly had a final salary pension scheme and anybody suggesting you overpaid and should transfer to a better provider would need avoiding with a very, very long bargepole.
Do let us know what kind of scheme it was.0 -
Thanks, I will check over the paperwork & post info on here, I'm currently paying into an NHS pension which is I believe quite good!0

Easy sign of a clueless sales rep. You cant be overcharged on an occupational pension. There is actually no rule on the level of charges although since 2001, new individual plans should be benchmarked against stakeholder. Not occupational schemes. Also, benchmarking doesnt mean they have to be cheaper. Just that you have to justify why you are paying more.
I am not going to say anything about a company in particular. However, be wary of cold calling claims companies encouraging you to put in false complaints in the pursuit of compensation. A number of them are only doing it to earn up to 8% commission (with 5% typical) when they tell you to transfer it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
