Has anyone won netflix from capital fm comps

I won on week 10 a tv and a wii + mario cart and netflix, I received the tv wii etc about 2 weeks ago but not heard anything about the 12 month subscription to netflix, did anyone else win with them did you get your netflix.

I won a TV with Capital/Netflix...I emailed them about the Netflix and they replied with this:

We are waiting for Netflix to send over an access code which will give you 3 months free subscription.

Hopefully it will be sent to us over the next few days. When it arrives I will send you an email with the code and instructions on how to set it up.

This was on 20th Feb....nothing received yet.

sorry guys i thought i posted in i won thread, and realized i hadn't when i couldn't find my post.

I won at the end of March and was sent my netflix code about a week later beginning of April. However the code doesn't work. When i enter it it says 'code is not valid'. I've emailed capital fm twice and had no response.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

I had the same problem my code didn't work, emailed capital fm they said they would sent a new one that was a month ago and now having no response to there emails, i contacted netflix through there sight and they have been wonderful i had to send all the emails and letters i received from capital fm and am getting my 12 months subscription as from June, but did have to pay 1 months subscription because its taken so long to sort it out that my free trial ran out at the end of April.

How rubbish of Capital FM. Its just not on to offer a prize and then not deliver on it. I have used up my free trial on netflix too so i am currently paying for it. I don't mind too much as its pretty good and only £6 but i would never have signed up in the first place if i hadn't been promised my free year!

Im sure they will sort it for you they were very good with me, i rang the free phone number on there sight, fingers crossed it will be sorted soon.
