Hey guys im pretty new to the forum and i'd just like some advice re 95 LTV mortgages. I already have a property which i bought during the boom and lost £20k on so I have been renting that out at break even. I now want to buy a property to live in but I am self employed with 3yrs accounts and a good credit rating, any ideas who i should look at?

Ok, so you have a few challenges here.
Have you consent to lease from your existing lender?
What level of income have you declared, what deposit do you have and what rough property price are you looking at..?
Broadline this will allow us to give youa steer on chances...I am a Mortgage Broker

Hello, did you get any help with this? there do seem to be a a few 95% deals creeping back in now, but im not sure how easy these would be for someone who is self employed. I know, because I am self employed also!
