E2Save Help Please

Been trying to get my cashback since October 5th last year. They admit I sent the correct bill, but no cheque ever arrived. After numerous phone calls and being told to wait another 50 days every time, right up to the end of January, in mid Feb I took out a Moneyclaim against them online. This has been presented and after 14 days it seems they are going to defend it?? I have no idea how, but they now have 28 days to submit a defence. I still have the bill, but not the recorded delivery slip stating when it was delivered. Anyone been in this situation with them already and any advice please. It would be much appreciated. Thanks. Steve.
