Hi,
I have spoken to just about every department within Nat West, or seems like it!, since February 3rd and are still no further forward. They have been so unhelpful that I have now complained to the FOS.
Best of luck trying to get an answer from themLBM January 2012 - wish it had been earlier but got there in the end.
