Almost there now, In the sticky's from Fermi's post it says to send a copy of your BR and discharge certificate to the creditors, As my BR was in 2006 I have lost the BR papes and only left with the discharge certificate, Can I get another copy from the insolvency service, I have looked on the register and I'm no longer on there.
Also the debt shows with people I don't know like Lowell Portfolio, does that mean I send to them even though the debt was not with them.
Will just sending my discharge certificate to all that are on my CRF be enough as it does state the date I was made BR and the date I was discharged.

Hi yat666, Ring the court you went BR from and ask if you could get a copy of your BR Order (form, 6.30) unfortunately they probably will be a charge!! It won't be on the IS site as this automatically comes off 3 months after discharge. I would get a copy of your BR Order as one of your BR debts has been sold to CRA Lowells by the looks of it, so you want your dates verifying.
Best wishes

Discharge certificate is usually enough for most creditors, so I would perhaps try with that first.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
