Is it just me or has there actually been nothing worth the applying-for turned
up for several months now in the main areas of food/drink/cosmetics..?
Could be I'm just not watching the forum at the right times.
Can anyone point me at anything current and actually worth the bother of clicking a mouse?

Have you tried searching for what you want? I’ve managed to sign-up to a few freebies that have offered nectar points this year and managed to collect 800 so far. I’ve got more to come too.0

ive noticed that since new year there hasnt been anything worth bothering about apart from signing up to survey sites etc...there even been hardly any cinema tickets especially in my area...0

yeah i agree. i wonder if companies are getting tight on their samples coz of people like me abusing them. can't blame them really.. the're there to make money and not give the stuff away in the hope you'll buy the product in future which i very rarely do.0

when i first joined here (which wasnt that long ago) i was recieving freebies all the time, but now most of it isnt worth the effort.
or prehaps it is and im getting lazy!0 -
It may be that it's early days. I wonder too if anyone on here has sent off for a freebie and bought it afterwards because they thought what they got was good.
My girlfriend did after trying a free sample of hand cream. Can’t remember what brand it was though.0 -
I think freebies come and go. I don't think there has been a decline and I hae been here quite a while. They just go a lot quicker0

It was a sample of nivea and i went and bought it!
I agree there hasn't been many freebies lately.0 -
Ive had quite a few freebies/money off coupons/earning vouchers and money off various sites... i cant say im disappointed at the mo...after all freebies are freebies and i appreciate all the things i receive. Ive known people to just apply for anything even if its something they wont use/try etc do it just for thr sake of it-thats taking the micky if you ask me... no wonder some companies dont do free samples etc any more if people just abuse the system!
keelykat.
ps a little patience is needed when hunting down good offers/freebies etc... it pays off spending a little time doing searches etc for things. oh and ive emailed some places, who dont advertise free samples, asking if i could have a sample to try-esp for my ezcema/sensitive skin as i cant afford to waste lots of money on something that may irritate my skin/not work etc. ive had good responses, as they realise im genuine.Mommy to Elliot (5) and Lewis (born xmas eve 11!)0 -
