    That is possible - though I have a suspicion that it might not have happened.
    Once again sadly this brings home the benefits of getting advice around a policy like this rather than just getting the cheapest option, possibly online with no advice.
    Taking no advice does restrict the scope for blame when it goes wrong - though there seem to be plenty of posters who seem to think their own stupidity is the fault of somebody else.
