Never been a gym bunny
always been more an outdoor type
however after a shoulder op and ongoing foot problem
Im struggling with my usual routines
so who uses what gyms?
recommendations?
Also looking for PT sessions

Very reasonable price, lots of machines. Bit busy round 5-6pm at night but I have never had any issues getting the machines I want. Enjoy!
