Vistaprint...

I just gotta say, they are brilliant.

We ordered out wedding invitations from them for free, they're oversized postcards and are lovely.

We got them well before the time limit that we were given.

We have just ordered a set of 500 blank cards with the same design as the invites so we can write on in silver pen when they get here for name place tags, and 250 cards saying thank you for sharing our special day with us :)

All for free, just postage to pay.

Really impressed, and gotta cut costs where we can! The name cards will have vistaprint advertising on them, but we can glue the blank ones to them back to back so you can't see :) We'll have enough seeing as theres 500 blank ones and we only have 40 guests to the wedding breakfast!

Exciting times :)

Also, if what you want isn't free at the time, just give them a ring and ask, more than likely they will put it in your accounts private promotions so you can get it :)

xx

Hmm... I guess they must have improved. I had a terrible experience with them a few months ago and their customer service was really unhelpful.

It was a few months back when I ordered my invites and it was no problem, they came early!

And with the customer service you just have to stick to your guns. One person managed to get a set of 250 business cards and a set of 500 in my basket for free, but it expired before I could pay so I called back and the woman was adamant I couldn't do it etc, so I just kept saying well he managed it a minute ago, she went and spoke to him and fixed it :)

I love Vistaprint, I've ordered loads of their free offers. If something is there I want but isn't free I design it and leave it in my portfolio and within a few days I get a free offer on it.

So far I have 250 business cards for guests to write on for our tree, 12 pens with our names on and 'Just married' or @did it in Tynemouth'.

50 brochures for the evening to go on the table, listing the menu and what is going etc (limbo, coconut shy, signing frame etc) and
25 Orders of the Day to go on the ceremony chairs.

1 lawn sign, I've ordered there canvas bags for the gifts to go in, and several different mugs to give people.

I have ordered 50 magnets saying 'I was a guest at Pete & Jacquie's Wedding and all I got was this lousy fridge magnet'.

I've never had to contact the Customer Service team, and it's a shame you've had a bad experience of them, maybe give them another go with a free order and 21 days delivery so you're not paying much. However can understand if you've been put off.

I've never had anything but a brill service from these guys though.

I used Vistaprint for our wedding and it was great. We already used them for DHs business cards etc so we tried for wedding. We didn't get all the items for free as we chose a matching range and they were pre-printed personalised to save us loads of writing. But they were really reasonable.
They did mess up on one order where I'd ordered blank cards to be used for table name cards, and the main day invites with the plain white envelopes (cheaper than matching envelope and who really bothers about the envelope something comes in!). When the order arrived there were no envelopes for the invites, but there were envelopes for the name cards...sweet tiny ones! When I rang them though they were really helpful and as they couldn't change the order (technically it still showed as in process due to another item that hadn't yet been delivered), they just created a new order at no cost to me and sent me matching envelopes for the invites.
I'd happily recommend them to anybody

I use Vistaprint for their photo calendars for my family at Christmas when they are free, plus I use them for my dad’s slogan T-shirts and business cards so thought I would give them a try for the wedding stationary and was not disappointed.

I ordered 50 Save the date magnets, 50 Folded wedding invitations with envelopes, 50 Note cards for RSVP’s with envelopes, 2 guestbook pens, 2 personalised pens, note pads & cotton bags for flower girls, 100 postcards for evening invitations, 10 Note cards to use for the backgrounds for my table numbers, 250 business cards with transport information on, 25 flyers for the wedding post box (I only need one but they were perfect), 100 blank envelopes and 100 address envelopes for less than £60.

They have always delivered before the estimated date and I am so please with them and the money we have saved.

I would recommend them to anyone.

I've found this too. I've ended up with too many brochures, flyers and postcards but they were just how we wanted them so they will always come in for spares should anything get damaged.

I have to say I am *loving* vistaprint! I had used them before and my mum's boss used them for her flyers and it reminded me to give them a go.

I ordered a sample of a save the date magnet and ever since have been getting offers for everything else!

    So far I have got:

    2 x personalised pens
    1 x small banner
100 x evening save the date postcards
20 x day save the date magnets (2x 10 as samples)
10 x flat cards for the table
24 x envelope seals for our favour boxes
140 x return address labels (We are going to put them on our invite envelopes)
10 x day invites (as samples)

    All for £30!

All I have left to get is the rest of our STD magnets and the rest of the day invites.

Well pleased as I had budgeted £110 for stationary and going to spend nowhere near it! Thats more money for my dres :D

I need to do an order of service and no doubt will grab them on the freebie ones.

Honestly though, ring them and ask if you can get something more for free (like we got 750 business cards for free in one order, one set of 250 and one 500) it doesn't hurt to ask.

Sign up to Vistaprint so you have a log in. If you wait a few days you should get an email offering free magnets (I tend to get them weekly).

You can always click down the left hand side and go through the free products for personal and business.

If you want you can click on the magnets, make up your design etc and then 'save' in your portfolio. This is what i tend to do, as offers that come through only last for so many days (some 24hours) and that way I have everything made and ready to just put in my cart and buy.

The next time i get an email I'll try and remember to post the link here.
