Lloyds won't freeze interest - has the FOS helped you?

I have been off work since December I told Lloyds I was having major operation and would reduce my minim payment I had nothing but hassle with them. The day before my operation they came to agreement. After three month they put exter £2000 of interested on my loan I wasn't get any sick pay. I'm still off work now.
I tried nationdebt helpline which where useless.
So I try Financial Ombudsman who put complate in.
Lloyds rang to say they taking £2000 off bank loan and it going to what it was.
Go to show just what Financial Ombudsman can do!!!0
