Hi all, Id like some to sparkle up my drinks, cake and gifts tables for my eve reception. I know ebay is best but what size crystals? How many? Colours are purple and turquoise, sall i do a mix + some clear for sparkle or just stick to one colour? Any good recommendations for seller?

I bought some gold ones to scatter on my mirror plates i got 1000 which will be enough for 9 plates,id say get 1500 or 2000 and the size i got was 6.5mm these are just nice and dainty, dont think u want anything to big on the tables.what u need to remember aswell that they will most likely end up on the floor through the course of the day and evening HTH0

Our venue has asked not to have these as they cause problems on their wooden floor, we're just gluing them to the mirror tiles beforehand to get round this.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0

We have a mixture of sizes and colour (clear and purple) then there is a bit of variety. On ebay there are some sellers that sell a mixture which is what we haveMarried my wonderful husband on 8/9/12 :j0

Yesterday my 17 yr old brother was round for lunch and out of sheer boredom while my sister and I were looking at wedding magazines he picked up one of those catalogues that fall out of the magazines. Five minutes later he says, his voice dripping with sarcasm, "Oh look, you can get some tacky miniature plastic rocks to scatter over your tables, you MUST have those!" I didn't know what he meant until I saw what he was looking at and it was scatter crystals
I quite wanted them until that! lol! 0 -

Aww I think they look nice. Even if they are just clear crystals when they catch the light they look lovely and they jazz the tables up a bit!Married my wonderful husband on 8/9/12 :j0

I had swarovski ones (an indulgent spend I know, but a present from my Nanny) and I collected them all at the end of the night. I have hardly lost any... I'm thinking of selling them on again.
I have to say that they caught the light a lot more than the plastic ones do. They looked completely different.First date 10.2.2002
