Got acall back from FD yesterday. The thing is they don't allow OT payments onlybasic salary, so that leaves me with a shortfall even though it's been paid forover 5 years with no issue.
So it'stake a lower borrowing amount or switch elsewhere but everywhere seems to bemuch higher in terms of rate and products available.
In terms of why I went to the broker in the first place wasto get the best deal... it seems anyone with a bit patience & research canbetter the deal, well the one I got anyway. So the whole of market statement isa bit misleading…
