This has to be a wind up!

They have proven that they can not pay there creditors even though they have the cash to do so, then want to borrow someone else's money to gamble in property.

it is a property that he is wanting to investe in for his future not to live in he lives with me thank you very much

I would advise you to not have any joint accounts with him. His DMP and poor handling of money will wreck your future if you do. Keep all accounts and your bills in YOUR name then if the relationship doesn't work out, he doesn't wreck your life also.
  • It is for advice (you are free to read and/or accept it or not).

I have tried to provide that.

It does not guarantee to give you the advice that you want to hear !

The trouble with advice is that many give good advice, this forum is filled with good advice that users give for free to other people because they care or empathatic or whatever floats their boat! But advice is only good if its for your better interests. Both myself and Senior Paper Monitor have given thoughts, comments and advice. As they said, if you choose not to take it, that's your choice. I got where I am today by learning from those that knew more than me, helped me, guided me. A fool ignores those that offer good advice. A fool and his money are soon parted.

Actually, you do not have the right to tell anyone to 'leave it' this is an open forum and all are allowed to post to offer advice, comments, opinions. If you don't want judgements or advice (as you don't appear to want to listen or take it) then you shouldn't post on a forum designed for interaction between members. We are here to help.

  • You come here for advice - you're given advice - answers dont suit what you want to hear - you go off in a huff.
"as we dont know all the facts " why don't you enlighten us so that someone can give you advice with the full picture apparent??

Thank You. I am glad to have been of help. I wish you all the best for the future. All situations can be resolved and turned around. Good Luck.
  • You keep saying we don't know the facts! If you want helpful and relevant advice then you will have to provide the facts, otherwise it is all just speculation!
