  • I am very fortunate in that I don't suffer from PMT and never have but I have read that avoiding alcohol the week before and during you period will help as will taking a vitamin B supplement.

You really do have my sympathies as it's a terrible side effect(?) to have.

I do know someone who was diagnosed with depression and treated for many years with medication, moved house to Manchester and had her bloods done again and it came back that she didn't have depression at all she had an under active thyroid.
Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted:)
    I live in my head - I find it's safer there:p
  • I've started taking milk thistle after reading a nutrition book. I've felt a lot better in the last few months. Might be worth looking into and seeing if it works for you.

    Good luck

    :)

I never really had PMT as in mood swings and the like but i did get sore boobs at certain times of the month. On recommendation i took Starflower capsules and they really helped.
