I know how you feel MT I have 2 cases against me open at mo have been in eBay years and nothing then 2 scammers at same time !!!!

The !!!!!! last week tha neg me for him not paying then waits 3 days and opens PayPal dispute claiming not received and he won't even wait for 7 days to see if turns up I offered to send duplicate and he just wants refund which to me reeks of lies lies lies he is just scamming

Other one claimed item broke so I told to send back that was 6 weeks ago yesterday he opened case says sent it back but I not got it

eBay full of so many rotten sellers not funny and my stuff all kids bits so it's dishonest parent scamming me no morals some peeps

Got me really worried at mo coz 2 open cases is max eBay could do nasty stuff to my seller acct as the 700+ pos means nothing to the2 bad . Just have to keep telling myself eBay is not real life

Keep chin up MT. Could item poss be posted? If not then tell em so and ge fees back of eBay and ban the buyer

well maybe but its an item i'd rather they checked their ok with/checked over first.

that and less inclined considering the way they've gone about it.

i've messaged saying sorry this was a collection only listing, do you want to go ahead with the purchase?

proberly asking for trouble but fed up know
trouble is if they ignore me like last chap and i have to go down the NPB route he could do as last buyer and pay by paypal and continue to ignore me.:(

that took over 2weeks to sort:(

Well not in my case.....could have booked the holiday last night but thought I would sleep on it and check it out today....noted all the details , extra luggage etc...transfers....room upgrade , checked it all again at 3pm and wrote everything down very carefully....hubby came in and we had a cuppa and discussed all the pros and cons for splashing out to be by the sea etc...( £500 cheaper 250 yards away from the front)Logged on again to book it and the price had come down by £15....clicked to enter names etc and price went up £28.....odd...got out my laptop and this time the price was down £35....clicked to enter names and it went up another £11....( I'm not making this up...honest) had the phone number of the Customer Care bloke , so called him, he had just gone home, but lovely lady offered her assistance....so glad she did, she saved me £95.....she inputted details and it came out exactly £95 cheaper than the web site was showing for me ....weird!!!! So told her not click any more, stay where she was, not to move, and paid the deposit there and then....have scoured the internet for the best deal at this hotel and it would have cost me over £450 more with Thomas Cook and £400 more with Thomson.....have booked with Cosmos not using Tesco vouchers....well pleased , now to book airport parking...will be using T's vouchers for that might as well 'double up' for that, slightly more expensive base price but still good value to use them....holiday in the sun this December sorted now peeps...now to start a diet and exercise regime so I can wear my lovely long frocks for dinners by the sea in the moonlight....it' looks quite a very nice 5*....very excited!!!

Sorry about your DS MT, everything crossed for next time for him....Doc the photo thingy is a rip-off as jeferey said....don't do it ...and you are lovely, I know 'cos have seen your pic....and your children are smashers too.....we used to have a professional family photo taken every year when the children were growing up..got a few on show and the rest in the loft...the funniest thing is the clothes we are wearing.....from tank tops and flares to long skirts and boots, what were we thinking????
